Jesse
Parker, Founder & President
Jesse has more than 20 years of executive
management experience consisting of global marketing and sales, venture capital
financing, product development and engineering. Jesse served most recently as
Vice President, International Business Development at SOFTBANK, where he was
responsible for developing SOFTBANK's international network of investment funds
and portfolio of companies outside of the U.S. and Japan (over $2 billion under
management). At IBM, Jesse was Vice President, Marketing and Sales of IBM's
first wireless semiconductor company and prior to that held the position of
Direcotr, Worldwide Marketing at IBM Microelectornics, a $7 billion division.
Prior to joining IBM, Jesse worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for over
eight years where he was responsible for product management and engineering for
Digital's PC product lines and managed the implementation of Digital's EDI-based
order management system in Asia. Jesse speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and served
as Director of CET, Inc., and academic and training institute in Beijing
for five years.
Jesse is currently the Executive
Director of the Murrow Center and a Lecturer at
the Tufts Fletcher School in Medford, MA teaching International
Entrepreneurship.

Brian
Zhang, China Representative
Brian Chang grew up in China and came to the United
States in 1984 after receiving a special scholarship to attend Graduate School
at the University of Minnesota. Until June 2002, Chang was a Vice President at
Alliance Capital, a multi-billion dollar asset management company headquartered
in New York. Chang received an MBA in International Business from University of
Minnesota in 1988. Prior to joining Alliance Capital, Chang was Director of
Business Development Greater China at Softbank International, a subsidiary of
the Tokyo headquartered venture capital conglomerate, Softbank Corp. Chang also
served as President at Pacific Investment & Consulting, a Minnesota based
consulting concern guiding US companies to enter the Chinese market. Chang is
also a member of the National Committee on US-China relations and on the
Advisory Committee of the Minnesota Governor's China Mission.

David Parker, Vice President
David has more than 15 years of software technology and application sales experience, with a core focus on products early in their lifecycle. David held various technical sales positions at Vantive Corporation, a pioneer in customer relationship management, from 1993 to 1998. After managing the growth of the technical sales team in the Eastern U.S., David was responsible for worldwide sales operations, including internal implementation of Vantive's sales products and training programs. Prior to joining Vantive, David co-founded a software applications company where he defined product requirements and specification and early strategy. In 1999, David co-founded the Angel Investment Group of Vermont and started his own consulting company where he advised a financial services firm on its
technology investment strategy. Most recently, David was Vice President of Sales at Third Sector Systems, where he launched the
company's sales efforts.
